  I recently enjoyed lunch here. They are under new ownership and new management. The food was outstanding and customer service was friendly accurate above and beyond.   Reasonable prices for lunch. I will definitely come back .

  This post is about great customer service.   We had ordered two pizzas and wings.  When I went to pick them up there was some confusion but there was an order up for two pizzas and wings.  I paid for them (without verifying what we ordered) and went home.  The order was wrong.   The pizza configuration was wrong and the wings were boneless we ordered bone in.  My wife called and they were very apologetic.   They offered to remake the order which my wife accepted.   When she went to pick up the order she was also given a credit for the order I had picked up!  I am a stickler for customer service and this was exceptional customer service.  Thank you!

  The only reason there's 2 stars instead of 1, is I've had decent food from there in the past.  Ordered our dinner online. Never received our confirmation so I called. They said we would have it in 20 min. They showed up an hour later with cold dry pizza and a tiny prepackaged piece of cheesecake. Not good at all
  
  Update: decided to go back and get the hot ham and cheese sandwiches. They were our favorite from there. When I called to order, the lady on the phone was very rude. I don't believe asking "what else do you want" is appropriate if you want people's business. I decided not to tell my husband, maybe she was just in a hurry. When my husband got home he said the lady was a very unhappy person who rolled her eyes as soon as he walked in, and acted like he was bothering her.  And to top it off, the sandwiches were no where near as good as we were used to getting from there. They were burnt with almost no ham and the tomato slices were so big and uneven they wouldn't stay in the sandwich.  Too bad. Used to really like their food.

  We have ordered from Geno's before and were satisfied, so we thought we would try it again. We placed an online order and the pizza was delivered to us in less than 25 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza was entirely underdone. We asked for sesame seed crust, and it looked like someone had just tossed sesame seeds on the entire pizza at the end (see pictures).
  
  We also ordered bone-in wings (garlic parmesan), and they tasted extremely overcooked and dry.
  
  The entire meal just seems like it was carelessly thrown together. I'm extremely unhappy and will not be ordering from here again.
